Landform provided site design services for redevelopment of an existing, older restaurant site.  Design includes an innovative underground stormwater treatment in a situation where aboveground ponding was not economically feasible and the area available for rain gardens alone was insufficient.  Through the use of bottomless underground chambers, runoff from most storm events are retained on site and, ultimately, infiltrated into the sub-surface.  Larger storm events are allowed to outlet into the City system once the ground is saturated.
