The LEED® Silver certified Educational Service Center serves as the headquarters for the Minneapolis Public School system – the largest school district in Minnesota. The project rests on approximately 6.4-acres in the heart of the city with 165,000 square feet of office space and 535 parking stalls.

Landform lead the civil engineering and survey efforts and worked in close coordination with the architect, general contractor and Minneapolis Public Schools to minimize the impact of the development on the surrounding urban environment. Pervious pavements reduce runoff, while roof runoff is captured in a 30,000 gallon cistern for irrigation and subsurface retention systems allow for the control of storm water release down to presettlement levels.
